Meet Kat: One on One Series

Katlynn is a professional tattoo artist with three years of experience, currently working at Gold Ocean Edmonton where she’s been creating custom pieces for the past six months. She specializes in:

• Traditional & Neo-traditional tattoos

• Bold, solid line work

• Custom designs tailored to each client

Katlynn is versatile and always learning, with experience in ornamental work, realism and more. She believes in mastering many techniques now so she can specialize even further in the future.

In this session, she’s working on one of her biggest pieces yet – a large chrysanthemum behind a moth – showcasing her commitment to ambitious, detailed work.

Despite slower periods, Katlynn stays passionate by drawing more, creating new flash, and refining her art. Becoming a tattoo artist has been her dream job, and working at Gold Ocean is, in her words, “a dream come true.”
